The Fulton-DeKalb Hospital Authority (FDHA) is hosting our 9th Annual Health Summit. This year the FDHA will host the Teen Summit virtually. The focus of this event is Stop the Violence. Our goal is to provide youth, parents, educators, activists, and mentors from Fulton and DeKalb Counties to learn about youth violence/community violence, intimate partner/teen dating violence, and human trafficking.

This year’s programming includes three (3) sessions and one (1) round table session exclusively for youth.

This event is open to preteens and teens 12-18. For attendees 13 years old or younger, must have their parents or guardians complete a consent form.

A zoom link will be emailed to attendees prior to the teen summit. For attendees 13 years old or younger, the zoom link will be emailed to the parent or guardian, once the FDHA receives the consent form.
