Everyone planning to participate will need to fill out the online registration form. Georgia Justice Project will be following up with all registrants in order to collect additional information and make sure the consent form has been completed and submitted in order to participate in the clinic on the 14th. The consent form is attached for those client who want to get the paperwork underway.
